6 Whoever is deserving of death shall be put to death on the testimony of two or three witnesses; he shall not be put to death on the testimony of one witness.

Comment:
This commandment is coded both green and amber because it is clear that more than one witness is required to make a conviction, but we do not have the authority to carry out the sentence.
